I felt that I knew all there was to know about the Bissell Crosswave Pet Pro because I did as much research as possible. I attempted to find unbiased reviews. I read as many reviews as I could on Amazon and any other website that sold the Bissell Crosswave Pet Pro. The gist of what most reviews will tell you is this: 1. The Crosswave is not going to clean your floors perfectly. If they are really dirty you will still have some stuff left on the floor. 2. It's mostly for hardwood floors and very low pile rugs. 3. It's expensive even for what it does. 4. Most people feel it does not save that much time and they still like to vacuum first. 5. You need to dedicate some time to cleaning the Crosswave afterwards.
